Will this be an auto generated report?
No. Most of the time those "reports" are borderline useless, spitting out fake nonsense. You can't automate this process away, otherwise it wouldn't be valuable. We want to find the root cause, not some random error code. Have you ever been to a mechanic who fixed everything but the root problem? I have, and it sucks.

The people who are spamming you don't have a reputation to maintain or are looking for someone to take advantage of. I have a reputation to uphold, and I'm not some faceless entity. Word of mouth is far more powerful than scamming people.
Do I have to get on a call and endure an annoying sales pitch?
No, you don't. I'll email you what I've found (I could find nothing). You don't even have to speak to me, if the report adds nothing of value our relationship can end there.

In a couple of days (maybe sooner) you will get back an email with everything outline above. Again it requires manual effort on my end so don't expect something to appear imminently in your inbox.
I already have a web designer/agency — why do I need this?
Web design and development is a low-barrier-to-entry industry with a lot of poor-quality work. Even if you've paid a lot for your website, that doesn't prevent this from happening. I provide a second pair of eyes.
